Q1: Are you a manufacturer?

A1: Yes, Quanhua is a manufacturer established in year 2018 with 1 plant building and now it's already expanded into 4 plant buildings. besides, its former SUYUAN company started its cutlery business since 2006.

A2: Sure. With BPI, DIN CERTCO and OK Compost certification, all our products are food-contact safe.

Q3: What's your payment terms?

A3: 30% deposit, balance upon received BL Copy.

Q4: Can I customize on the products or packages?

A4: Yes. Both products and packages are customized based on the actual demand.

Q5: How many days can I get sample?

A5: Generally, it takes only 3-5 days to get ready samples in factory, and sometimes if it's lucky enough, you can get samples immediately from our stock.
